outlook express的问题

我来这边申请了高速网，outlook的设置和国内完全没有两样，但是我用sohu,sina,163都不能从OUTLOOK发邮件了，但是能够收邮件，而与此同时，HOTMAIL却能在OUTLOOK下运转正常，求解决办法？？？？

我把outlook中sina, sohu,163发送邮件的端口改到2525，原来是25，还是不行！请进一步明示！谢谢！

you can use the smtp server from ISP here to send email.

Internet service provider: for example: rogers, sympatico,etc.

sohu等信箱发送邮件的时候需要确认，你选择发信时候的身份确认了吗？如果没有，是只能收不能发的。
