请问HYDRO的问题

我将付定金给一个在HULL的ONE BED ROOM APARTMENT. 不包电费, HEATING是用电的,我不知道冬天大概每月要付多少钱在HYDRO上.
哪位大侠有在QUEBEC付HYDRO的经验,请给我一个参考.
另外,QUEBEC的电价是不是比ONTARIO要便宜? 很多吗?

My 3 Bed. Apt. in Gatineau cost me $45 per month. so what they told you may be true.
