This is not common-sense, at least not common to me, maybe to "others".
No.1. Copy right of photo belongs to the photographer and not the person in the photo.
No.2. If that person disagrees to the photo, he/she should have voiced the discontentment to the photographer who posted the photo in the first place.
No.3. Dino won't mind, he's no NQ, I know him.

1. If a person agrees to post his/her photo, he/she already waived his/her 肖像权, THAT's common-sense.
2. There is a difference between 0 and 1, but no difference between 1 and 1 million, that's what original is all about.
