国内好象比美国的 retail price 还贵, USD 320 without plan from everywhere

I am waiting for a free phone with a plan by the end of this year.

It seems ottawa's phones are two generations behind and more expensive.

Last year when I bought a T616 for free with a plan from AT&T, it was on sale at Rogers for CAD $299 with a 2-year contract. I didn't see any new phones in the store recently.

Two years ago I bought a very small Nokia phone and it also cost me more than two hundred bucks with a two-year contract. At that time, the phone was advertised at Ottawa Citizen and very popular among teenages and college students.
