2. Braebury, Ashcraft, Phoenix, Olympia and Claridge are among the worst builders in Ottawa;
3. There is no significant difference in the rest of builders.

e,g, Richcraft is a good builder, but due to the foundation sinking in Hunt Club area (it's city's problem), they got sued by several residents and will get a sh*t result this year...

Urbandale is listed as one of the best builders in this chart, and I got 51 defects listed in my 30 day report...

My ex-colleague bought a Monarch home in Barrhaven, design is OK. The lot backs onto NCC land, and it's overlooking the 15th hole of a golf course.
