Question about living in Hull and working in Ottawa

I am going to work in Ottawa and live in Hull because the rental in Hull is much cheaper. My driver licence and health card are issued by Ontario. If I live in Hull which belongs to Quebec, do I need to reapply for Quebec driver licence and health card. Another question, I want to keep my ontario health card and change my driver licence to Quebec (insurance in Quebec is much cheaper than Ontario). Can I do that?

I don't think you are supposed to do that. Rent is cheaper in Hull, but income tax is higher.

If you live in Quebec, you cannot use your Ontario card. You need to provide your address to your doctor and it is illegal to do thing like this.
