The new elementary school is excellent!
I don't see the place is cheap, not at all. I have the same question at the time I asked builder, one is the development fee of government is little bit lower than East and Lakers, because it is the north side of Kanata, a little bit far away from highway, is considered rural area several years ago, and government wants to encourage the builders to come here to balance the business and residence; secondly, builder wants to lower price to make it attractive because of the competition of Lakers area.
So, there is nothing wrong with the price, it actually grows very stable considering you bought the same single house under twenty six years ago. Last year, the north community finally agreed to open the area of north Morgan's Grant to allow new homes to be built, I will see this area will be continue growing, the plaza finally attracts the some shops to come because potential consuming power of this area, you see Shop Drag Mart and TD Bank for first phase, on going is the Loblow super center around. If you are working around high tech, you really enjoy the time with gas price going to two dollars per liter in next couple of months, which is not bad at all!
