hi holidayitallway,
You still only understand part of the idea, first, I wanted to ask you something. Can you tell me what company is not get stronger by recruiting strong people? Did you read my question in my first original post? let me put it here once again,
*You are looking for a bi-weekly paid job. Finally, you've got hired by a company. The company has a CEO or boss, maybe manager, supervisor, team leader, and regular employee. But have you ever think how this company started in the first place?*
Have anyone thinks about that? If you are just like a 9-5 job, like being an employee. Then you will never have any interest on think that question. But some people do think, they start to wonder how can a company startup? we have lots of chinese working in a startup company, they have the idea, needs people to work on that idea and become big someday. They start hiring ( giving out salary ) and one day, the idea is implemented. Boss and all employees will be managers and start hiring more. Isn't it?
holidayitallway, We are in a financial services company, like a bank. We have everything that regular banks has but instead they sit in the office, we go to family's home. Thats all the differece.
Telling the most detail will just confuse people, we will just let our boss tell the interested party. We are regulated, we have something that cannot talk in the public. Like when you work in a high-tech company, you cannot talk your design idea to other high-tech company? or you will not disclose every single detail on the first time you meet a person. I am just willing to discuss to whoever motivated to call me.
Be reasonable, i am not here just recruiting everybody. I am just here to let people know there is an oppourtunity out there. This oppourtunity is not for everybody fulltime, but can try it out parttime.
Google is a good source of knowledge but also a limited source as well. Will u look for a job and type in *software engineering* in google and find a job? I wont because I know I will have only limited resource. I will go to an official website of that company or any job hunting website and then search. same as primerica, I wont just type in Primerica in google and search. I will go to Primerica.com website and look for information. As well, like CNN.com, CNBC.com, look for what people are saying about primerica. I've seen those reports from Rip-off report, all trees have bad apples but doesn't mean the tree needs to chop down. Are you just interested in the negative feedback? Nortel is suing for corruption, but why people still wanted to work in there? Is it just for the big money they give you?
You owe yourself a chance for investigation. We are having a meeting at Nov 1, 7pm. Come and see how we *rip-off* people. If you dont come, please do not post another negatives in this forum because you have no right to spread wrong information without investigate yourself. My number is 864-4421, David. Welcome
