A portion of the Carleton University Students' Association (CUSA)
General Student Fees is refundable.

If you are interested in applying for a refund, please visit the CUSA
Office, 4th Floor, University Centre to fill out a Refund Request Form.
You will need to provide your name, student number and signature to
complete the form.

Undergraduate students may receive a refund for the following levies:

* CKCU Radio Carleton - $12.15

* (NUG) New University Government - $1.00
(http://www.carleton.ca/nug/ )
* Carleton Legal Project - $4.50

* Clubs and Societies - $3.00

* Sock 'n' Buskin Theatre - $0.75

* (CUSERT) Emergency Response Team - $1.00

and for Engineering Students only,

* CEWB, Engineers Without Borders - $2.00

CUSA has set November 5, 2004 as the deadline to apply for a refund.
