这是一年前的事情了，我和我的女朋友因为一些原因吵了起来，当时吵的很凶，结果互相之间都有了一两处伤痕，女友一气之下拨了911，没多久，有两个警察上门问话，当时我们的英语不怎么样，解释了半天。警察看到我们两个身上都有一些伤痕，所以警察把我们都铐了起来送到了警察局，当时已经很晚了，我和女友在警察局过了一夜，到了第二天有一个好像是adjustor的人，问了我们事情的原因。我们俩个都说是自己的错，我们不会控告对方的。然后警察就放了我们。我们时候都认识到了彼此的错误。事隔这么久我想询问一下懂这里法律的人，像我这种情况警察局会不会有记录？对我的签证和以后的移民是否有影响？谢谢大家
