还想问一下：
1 在什么地方可以作税收状况证明的公证?
2 税收状况证明是否就是报税后 Revenue Canada 寄回给我们的"Notice of
Assessment"?
3 是否谁作主申请人都可以?
4 准假信是用中英双语还是中文即可?父母已经退休，是到原单位开准假信吗?

Notice of Assessment is good enough. If you did not keep it, you can get it in Revenue Canada on Albert St. in Ottawa downtown.
Either of the parent can be the main applicant, and they have to provide their marriage certificate and your birth certificate.

They don't need 准假信, when they fill their application form, they just fill "retired" in occupation column.

Ask Please:I arrived in Canada at Dec.2000,Would I fill Tax Form for that month,less than one month, at now or next year.

As long as you stay in Canada before Dec.31st each year, you have to file the tax, and you can get some tax return.
