Starting Monday, October 25, flu shots will be offered on a daily basis from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Health Services, Room C141. A valid provincial or International health insurance card MUST be presented at time of visit.
Before presenting yourself to the receptionist, please read and complete your consent to immunization. Consents are available in the Health Services waiting room.
