请问有谁知道在HULL or Gatineau这边，那里有免费的为新移民英语课程，类似于LINC的那种，不胜感激

I phoned the number last week. It looks that the centre is operated by Western Quebec School Board (English speaking school board with main office in Aylmer. I was told there are Enghlish programme for begineers, two hours a day during day time or in the evening. A lady called Tracy can put your name on a waiting list.
