Thanks so much for your digging out the old receipes posted here for 酸辣汤. I actually did not spend much time on this forum before and don't know there is already topics in relates to 酸辣汤.
The first 2 recipes won't work here in Ottawa due to the fact that it is almost impossible to get some of the proposed original materials. The last recipe you hyperlinked upstairs seems to be doable here, and I will be intrigued to give a shot.
