1> Come on, we all know those are paper laws. my colleagues and I often have to work extra hours to get work done in time, by law we should have traded days off right? no! there is a cap between law and reality. Just allow me to give you an example from real life. A friend of mine works in CCRA.He is a Tax Auditor. We calculated out the average days he worked this summer and fall, guess what? 3.8 days a week! hold still, 'coz not finished yet, his boss worked 3 days a week. why? in government, you have sick leave, family leave, vacations(normally longer than private workers have), trade off hours..... As long as you have an imagination, you can have unlimited leaves as you want. Pain, right? damn them, this is the reality, not the paper law, mister!
