Friday Practice:
Objective: Intensive training in First pass, Serving in order to handle seesaw battle.

Location: Carleton University GYM(old)

Cost is $3/person for practice participants.** Be there 10 minutes earlier because it takes time to set up the net.

In addition to some basic personal skills, we will be practising some formations for both offence and defence, team strategies and teamwork.
Please feel free to come join us too if you are new but interested. What makes a good volleyball player is the desire to learn and be good at it, so anybody can try it out and have fun doing it.
