我用World-link一年多了,没这么恐怖.

让别人从银行帐户直接扣款是件容易惹麻烦的事,但也决非"中国人公司"的专利.我在Bank of Montreal的贷款和Sun Life的保险上都碰到过麻烦事,打了很多电话,发了几次传真,发了几次脾气,过了半年多,多扣的钱才退回来.一般而言,是因为手续繁琐所致,并不是有人刻意坑你.

I also felt World-Link is very good regarding rates and services comparing with the other Long-distance Call companies. I usually pay using credit card, no problem.

If you pay with your credit card, do you have to pay interest? Since normally credit card company takes this as cash in advance, unless you put some money in your card.

I have used both "Sunny International" and "World Link", no problem at all.

For the refund, it will take a long time. I had experience with "Sampatico", it took them almost a year to refund me money. As it's only couple dollars, I didn't bother to fight for. Very interesting is that they will send me a letter every month, says "your money is going to coming".

To fulpchcl: No interest at all. It's normal transaction, not cash advance.
