Help about 2 years lease off

Could anyone tell more about the lease car which is only 2 years but 10,0000KM.

Is the mileage really important?

先问清楚当初签LEASE的时候是不是无限KM的,如果是有限制的话估计到还车的时候你要赔不少了.不然除非你最好把车买下。不过2年的车就开了10W,后面你再卖也卖不了什么好价钱了。

如果我接这种车，我要车主最少把后面的月付都给我。没准还要他付一部分的尾期.不然损失太大了.

well, if it's a 2001 car, it's an almost 4 years car. Let 100k kilo divided by 4, 25k kilo per year is not too bad as compare to industrial standard of 24k/year. But American car drinks a lot of gasline and require more maintenance as it gets older. If I were you, I'll find a mechanic first and check everything out. Good luck!!

Well, the question is whether the price of the car is a deal so I think he might wanna save some gas money if he still wanna consider it as a "Good" deal. If he's loaded, why doesn't he go for a brand new Ferrari? tell me about it eh?! :=)
