I am a student of CU looking for a room close to China town starting from Jan 1. My mum is visiting on temp visa; so I want the room to be able to accommodate us both. I am ready to pay the extra cost arising from her presence.
My mum will stay till the end of the July 2005 if we can get the visa extended. If not, she will be leaving at beginning of Feb. My mum is a nice person, and she is a good cook
. Also she will definitely keep the house clean.
I am also open to co-renting a 2 bedroom
