Relax. Many mommies-to-be have this symptom. Try some meat soups. Because your baby needs nurtitions. Try to eat as much as possible despite the vomit.
Take some fresh air, walk a little bit. Eat warm soups. Some cheese.

don't empty u stomach. eat one or two pieces crackers when you want to vomit or heart burning. it will be better. chick soup(buy stew chickens in food basic) and pork bone soup are your best choices. insist to drink milk and juice every day. don't eat too much seafood and hot things.
