and told me confidentially that he cannot finace the completion of the contract,
meaning he was financially incapable to implement the contract.so in that
developement, I told him that we shall look for a foreign contractor who
shall do the contract.After two weeks, we got a Japaneese contractor who
was interested in doing the contract, we negotiated with him and we came
to a compromise with him to do the contract for US $ 15 million dollars.
since then, we have been patiently waiting for the completion of the contract
and the payment of the japaneese contractor. Now the contract have been
finalised and the contractor have been paid, we now have US$ 2.2 million
dollars in suspense account in the Eco bank here in Abidjan.this is why
I am writing you to assist us transfer this fund into your bank account
. The assistance we need from you are 1) for you to provide a safe bank
account account where the fund will be transferred into. 2) For you to send
your bank particulars and the address of your bank. 3) For you to provide
your personal telephone and fax numbers Please, all these are important
for the registration of your company as the foreign contractor that did
a contract worth US$ 2.2 dollars.

to an account, but due to the fact that the contract money must be paid
