Holiday revelers who've had too much cheer can soon call Operation Red Nose for a lift.

Starting Friday December 3rd, the free confidential service will be available in Ottawa and Gatineau.

If you've gone out to a party and had to much to drink, just call operation red nose and two volunteers will see that you and your car get home safely.

Red Nose runs for 12 nights between now and New Year's, most Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

BTW, the service is completely free. However the norm is to donate $20-$30 per ride.

That's right, operating dates are:

December 3,4,9,10,11,15,16,17,18,22,23 et 31 décembre 2004

Even a red-nosed moose has got to rest on Christmas day and Boxing day.
