buy a Japanese car, if you don't want troubles.
Just ask local natives, if you don't believe me. Buying a car is the second biggest investment in your life next to owning a house. Be very careful on it.
How bad american car is? I tell you what local native told me:
"Ford = Fix Or Repair Daily!" "GM? it is even worse..."
you got the image.
我还听说Mazda +Toyota +Honda= Move To Hell.

A total of 98 percent of owners said they would repurchase their Toyota Camry if they could go back in time to when they had purchased it. It's the eighth time satisfied owners have awarded Camry the coveted Pyramid Award - a record that is only rivalled by the Toyota Corolla with six Pyramids
BTW i had been driven Camry since 1987...
the new Camry in 1987 was $17000..in 2000 was $25000. the resale value is very high of japanese cars..
