[寻找] company to a trip to Toronto, Niagra Fall, CN tower

Hi Guys,my friend will join a tourist trip to Toronto,Niagra Fall on Dec. 25 - 26. I asked a quota from TianBao tourism. The basic charges are CND$88 for 4 person, CND$175 for 1 person.
So he is looking for company to go together to have fun and of course to lower down the cost.
