<HTML>CWTR is just my luck. You can check daily quotes of CWTR for today, the high is 19.45, far below the price I got filled. I called my broker coz I didn't believe it either. Then it's confirmed that my limit order of CWTR at 19.91 was filled on 7:4xAm, a "premarket award".
My broker is interactivebrokers.com, the most popular direct access broker for active traders.</HTML>
