我们什么时候才能搬进新家呀?

说好新房1月中旬交房,可是上周末看房子还没上外墙呢,内壁也还没粉刷,装修就更没戏了.现在整个就是搭完了架子+暖气管道+室内电线路;这样一来,到底什么时候能交房啊! 我真的好想早些搬进去啊!哪位大侠指点一下迷津啊! 说明一下,是两层的独立屋还有地下室. 好象是Ashcroft造的.

mine was late 3 weeks last year..the builder will tell you,i don't think they are doing a good job because the cold weather.

3 weeks delay would be ok to me. I'm afraid it will be even longer than that...Woo...I hate the weather. I hate it so much!!!:flaming:

如过他们严期，应该提前1个月通知你们。否则他们付则你们这断期间的费用。

Under the Ontario new home warranty, if the builder is going to extend the closing day for more than 10 days, it should send you a notice by writing one month in advance; otherwise, they should compensate you the cots (I can't remember how much $50/day or $100/day, something) during the delay period...

Ok, if things really like what you said. how come they never called us for house inspection? Not even for once. I thought there're at least twice before the closing day. Am I right? Thanks a lot for your information though.

I only know PDI, but not sure about another inspection... since my house will not be closed until next year in Oct... By the way, check it out with your sales office..

打电话去问了， 说“可能会延期，但还不能确定多久，因为主要负责人过节联系不上，非常抱歉没提前通知，如果确定后下周会马上与你联系，并支付适当compensation.”下周等消息吧...

they will call you a few days before closing day for inspection...maybe still too early...
