Whoops. Ashcraft is the worst builder in ottawa.

I think they said "Richcraft" is the best. But I like the "Ashcroft" model house so much. Have you seen it? It's just so beautiful...

I bought Ashcroft home at early of this year, the closing date should be Jan 15, 2004, but it was end of Feb, 2004. They gave me a notice.

谢谢!不过看不太懂,:blowzy: 什么叫Chargeable Conclliations as percentage of possessions? 是指他们建的房子平均有告诉的机率吗? Claim 是指比较大的Case吗? 我怎么看也没觉得Ashcroft是最差的呀?

Look at the 5th column: Chargeable conclliations as percentage of possessions. Also consider amount paid in claims and the number of total possessions.

有点消息了,说至少推迟1个月,但肯定不需要两个月.到底能赔偿多少损失还是不清楚.

最新消息: 确定到2月28日交房.整整延误1个月零10天. 我没有要赔偿金,只要求把DEN(就是进门就能看见的一个约8"4'X10"的小书房或者可以做Home Office的房间)的地面也改成硬木地板的.跟原来计划的客厅安装Hardwood 的floor相连接.不知道这样做是亏了还是赚了,好象对方挺求之不得的.我是不是要求太少了???

my builder is Claridge. I upgraded my study room floor(8'6*12'9) to hardwood with $1400.

又有最新消息: 由于泰国这次发生海啸,许多建商从泰国定的瓷砖货无法到位. 上周Design Center通知我必须重选两个卫生间的瓷砖,因为我选择的那种瓷砖已经被"discontinued"了! 后来发现其实只是那种瓷砖中的"borders"没货了,"inserts"和相搭配的地板砖在渥太华还有存货.不过我听说有好几种瓷砖都被"discontinued"了.
最后,我还是觉得委屈了,所以提出在两个房间加装Cable,他们也没说什么,觉得挺抱歉的,好像要求得很有道理,接受了.:smokin:
由此,Closing Date他们给我推到2月底,书房给我加装木地板,另加两个Cable.扯平了!
