* Date
The ski event can be arranged every weekend, either Sat. or Sun is based on weather condition forecasted at that week. But you may need more coordinator/organizer, for the weekend when you are not available. I can be the candidate, I believe, someone else would like to help as well. If no one is available to organize, we just call off for that weekend.

* Cutoff time
Is there a particular reason you want to be done on Tue.? Tue. is a bit early, how about at noon on Thu. ?
