奇怪，ROGERS 用户不能互相ping IP地址

大家是否发现rogers的用户之间不能互相ping IP地址？找rogers的技术支持，他们说是我的问题。我试了好几个用rogers 的朋友的IP,都不能互相ping. 但rogers 的用户ping sympatico 的用户没有问题。大家知道可能是什么问题吗？

不会吧,不是rogers的ping rogers都能ping
把你的IP放上来我ping ping看:blink:

to see where the packets get dropped.

tracert and pathping都试过了，很难觉得是我们用户的问题。所以怀疑rogers 的问题。
