UPS doesn't charge broken fee. How much you will be charged for tax
depends on how much the seller claims on the shipping document. If
seller claims as gift and only $40-50, you probably won't be charged
for any tax or only $50*15%=$7.5 tax. But since you don't know seller,
if you ask seller to do that and the seller replaces your goods with
something else, you have to be responsible for all the lose.
So you decide it.
By th way, no matter which way you use to ship, CanadaPost, UPS, by
air or ground, you will be charged for 15% tax.
