实在不行，续lease接着住嘛，自己住minto总不会罚钱吧。

How long have you been living there? I know sometime, they need to repaint and recarpet after you move anyway, so, you may even don't have to pay a cent. Ask the admin officer if you need to clean the carpet before move out, she will tell you if they'll replace the carpet or not.
