。。。。。。:crying:

Listen, this is not acceptable behavior, and certainly not something you should joke or feel funny about.

建议是 never ever let her off the god damn leash or .............................

Listen, this is not acceptable behavior, and certainly not something you should joke or feel funny about.”

We live in a civilized society, a society governed by rules. It's actually not very fair to a dog, because by nature dogs like to run around loose. However since dogs are being domesticated and are human's best companions, it's important to teach the dogs the proper way to behave, i.e. learn to adapt to the human world.

Letting a dog running loose is dangerous in a densely populated city, even thought the dog could be perfectly harmless, but we don't live in the city alone, there are other people who might find a dog running loose or chasing people offensive.

City by-law requires that the dog must be on leash at all time, except in leash-free areas. First offence is a fine of $600 (a by-law officer told me this in person), subsequent offences may result in mandatory muzzle, in extreme cases, the dog could be euthanized (lethal injection). That would be very very sad.

In short, learn to train your dog to be a good citizen, and please be a RESPONSIBLE owner.
