Lac Brome ducks are Peking ducks, they are indeed very juicy but more fat, great for roasting.

You can trim off some fat and render it down and use the rendered duck oil in making pastries.

我不建议买LOBLOWS的鸭子，油很大，血全淤在肉里，腥气就很大。肉也比较材。觉的还是COSTCO的鸭子好吃，价格也不贵。
