据我所知，应该有房产证，单位证明，还有国内的子女等等。

我的父母是在北京办好的,拿到加拿大签证后,马上办的美国签证,材料齐全的话,当天就拿到了.

在这里办很容易拒签的.

希望你们的父母能实现去美国看一看的愿望.
