I just had a quote from Monnex for Option 3 for a new townhouse for $290/year

1000 dedutible
1M liability

最恨MONNEX了，服务态度和质量极差。还有很多荒谬的规定。

Yes getting lower because they increased their deductible limit.

Monnex only takes group insurance...

In year 2000, I paid $100 to join CPEA (chinese professional engineer association?) and got monnex insurred my car, the rate for the first 2 years was not bad ...but when i bought a new car in 2002, they increased my rate...i didnot realized how ridiculously expensive it was until I compared the rate with the Personal (also group rate)...the staff there are just rude, the service just sucks!..

My auto insurance with Monnex now, so far I have no complaints... The Personal gave me the same quotation, but for some reasons, I chose to stay with Monnex.

I remember last summer the Monnex gave me a $580/yr quotation for a new townhouse I was planning to buy..
