they don't charge you. they cahrge the employer.

Avoid at any cost those agencies that charge a fee for placement, even when you are desperate.
Reputable agencies have good relationships with various employers, they don't need to charge you for this.

by the way, look for native agencies, such like Manpower, not small Chinese ones that charge you.

of course not the Chinese ones, i know this VISA student found a job from Chinese placement agency in Tor, and he only gets 700dollars per month after tax!

can somebody suggest some reliable agencies of management students, personally i hvae never dealt with agents, so i don't know how to help my freind, he desperately needs a job, thanks guys

go to workopolis.com, apply for the appropriate positions. the agencies will contact you, just like any potential employers, if they are interested in your resume.
