wow. i got busy for a bit and didn't get a chance to come back on.
and look at the SIZE of this mess. I guess I really am the infamous one now :hippie:
first, just wanna apologize to everyone who was offended by this and other post. It was an overreaction on my part. It was a bad week, and i was in the middle of another lawsuit anyway, so why not do two in one? After some research, I realize this guy is just a kid who happens to push the wrong buttons. This one is actually not worth my time and efforts
. But still, I now realize that sending all those posts is an error on my judgement, especially put those negative threatening words regarding another individual.
Having said that, i'd like to say something in my defence:
1. the individual who provoked me should apologize as well. I understand controled myself better, but he should be partially liable as well. From the first time, he started talking, I have tried to control myself from uttering threat, but that morning I just lost it.
2. Interference leading to a loss of property value should be disencouraged. In any place of commerce, in order for orderly conduct, the type of behavior of downcalling the seller in their ad, without the expressed permission of the seller, shouldn't occur. Ebay system is a example of what should be done, the owner should have a ranking system, and only buyers who HAVE purchased from the seller can put in their rating. It's fair to base your opionion on actual past experience, but unfair to base it on speculation.
3. "Freedom of speech" and "Right to post in a public forum" needs to be clearly differentiated. You can trash talk the seller to your friends, say they must think everyone's stupid, and they are fraudulent. That is your freedom and no one can stop you from that. But CFC is a public forum and when you signed up, and to be able to post here is a right, not a freedom. Any post in a pulic forum has the ability to influence, mislead, and misinform. The poster must realize that what they are saying is taken at face value, and be aware that to make an accusation that is based on unproven evidence is libel.
Again, sorry for wasting everyone and my own time.
