Heard from the radio that Mattress Mart has promotion going on....

They are on sale all the time. I guess this is their marketing strategy similar to Rooms International.

Are you sure about this one? I had no luck of trying to negotiate with more than $100 dollar off the price tag with cash payment (City Mattress).


Costco has some very nice mattress. Prices are 30%-40% cheaper than other stores's listing price.

The guy thought it was for the whole set, then he gave us the price matching plus another 5% off. In the end, we got the whole set for the prices of half of their original asking price.

One time I was only shopping for the top mattress without the boxspring. I compared prices with a few places, and then went to one last place and showed them other people's prices. The guy thought it was for the whole set, then he gave us the price matching plus another 5% off. In the end, we got the whole set for the prices of half of their original asking price.

Good for you. Top quality mattress set (box + mattress) usually sell for $1000 to $2000. Half of the price spells a lot of saving. Which shop did you deal with?
