[问题] when to renew sticker

My current sticker date is 03 Jan. Should I go to renew my sticker before Jan. 1, 2003, or the end of Jan., 2003, or before my coming date of birth?

sticker expires on ur birthday. say if ur birth date is Jan 15th, the sticker expires on Jan 15th 2003, u can drive until that day.
