1b) But any quiet and sensible person will be considered.
2a) There are two rooms availible to share in a 3 bedroom apt starting (immediately or) Oct 1 2002.
2b) The apt is 3 blocks from Ottawa U in Sandy Hill - at the corner of Sommerset East / Sweetland (i'll send you the address when we make an appointment).
2c) The rent is $425 and the utils are apx $75/month.
2d) Parking isnot included but might be do-able.
2e) There is an annual household contribution to cover periodic common purchases (supplies etc) ... apx $300.
3) The apt has the following facilities:
* washer/dryer in the apt
* storage shed
* stove, fridge (and microwave for now)
* partially furnished if required
* heat, hydro, cable, hi-speed internet, bell
... note re bell: it is a shared line for all three persons - BUT everyone has there own separate tel # (distinctive ringing) and their own separate voicemail extention!
