Infant car seats should face the back of the vehicle, rest on a 45-degree angle and move no more than 2.5 cm (1 in.) side-to-side. If necessary, use a towel or a foam bar (pool noodle) under the base of the child car seat to adjust the angle. Harness straps should be slotted at or below a baby's shoulders. You should not be able to fit more than one finger underneath the harness straps at the child's collarbone. The chest clip should be flat against the chest at armpit level.
When your child outgrows the maximum height and weight of his/her infant seat, you may require a convertible rear-facing seat until your child is ready to be facing forward. Use a rear-facing car seat until:
* the baby is at least 9 kilograms (20 lb.)
* the baby can pull him/herself to a standing position
* the baby is one year old.

2.Crib(can open as a twin size bed for toddler will be better),crib mattress, beding set in a bag, small pillow/crib wedge, blanket, air flow sleep- positioner, musical mobile( beter has remote control, at Toy R Us),monitor(if u want to leave baby at other room, the new one can see the baby, too.),crib light

The crib:
* Look for a label on the crib that shows when the crib was made.
* Check the crib often to make sure the frame is solid. Tighten loose screws regularly.
* Check the crib to make sure the sides lock into place.
The mattress:
* Make sure the mattress is tight against all four sides of the crib.
* Replace the mattress if it is not firm or if it is worn-out.
* Move the mattress down to its lowest level as soon as the baby can sit up
Baby safety:
* Lock the sides into place after putting the baby in the crib.
* Never tie the baby in the crib and do not let the baby wear a necklace or a soother on a cord around the neck.
* Place the crib away from windows, curtains, blind cords, lamps, electrical plugs and extension cords.
* Health Canada recommends that soft mattresses, pillows, comforters, stuffed toys and bumper pads not be used in cribs.
* Babies should always be supervised with toys and bottles.

9.Express warmer(choose wide mouth,warm milk& baby food),steam sterilizers(cleaning bottles,u can choose Avent,it includs breast pump,but the nipple size is more biger,baby won't accepet small size niple after use,you can buy other brand),bottles(reduce gas), nipples,pacifiers,disposable breast pads,feeding bras,feeding pillow.
到wal-mart,toys r us,sears,Zellers,the Bay等baby session,就可以发现奶嘴有很多种款式，而且按宝宝大小分slow,medium,fast三种流量，有扁的，十字型等等。
