不要忘记了你做的BI WEEKLY PAYMENT一年是付了26次,如果是月付的话其实是付了24个BI WEEKLY 的数额。用两周付,amorization的期限是减少了,不过有不少因素是因为你每年付的钱数多了的因素。
即使你的DOWN没付到25%,也可以获得PRE APPROVED 的LINE OF CREDIT,但是要等到你的EQUITY部分占到25%以上才可以使用。不过往往BROKER的DEAL需要一些后期的维护,可能会有费用的发生,主要还是LEGAL FEE,牵扯对你房子进行TITLE注册的问题。
如何使用好EQUITY,管理好BORROWING确实非常重要,最怕的就是过了两三年后发现当初做的方案不好,需要付出很多的精力,财力才能转到真正适合自己的上面去。所以先期的比较很重要。绝对不是利息最低的,就是对每个人都合适的最好的方案。
