从没听说上庭还加钱的
出庭只可能减少罚款,不可能增加罚款

魁省的情况与安省有所不同，上庭败诉的话，除了罚款外还要追加公诉费和出庭费。

You drive your car on the road; you don't "speak" your car on the road. You need to learn how to drive, not to find out the way out of the charge. I'd rather you post a message on how to drive at the stop sign.

You can find a reason to get out. But $150 and 3 merit points turn you into a safe driver, to you, and to the general public.

Money well spent.

ususally if you fail, maybe you just pay the fine, no more cost since you don't have income, but no gurantee.

Missing stop sign is considered "minor" ticket, which won't boost your auto insurance too much.

That's not 3 MERIT points but DEmerit points, so that money is not well spent!
