I would like to clarify what farmers in the countryside have equal access to the public health care system in India means: It is exactly like what happens in Canada today that everybody does not have to pay for seeing a doctor regardless 赤脚医生 or not. Everybody gets all the treatment free of charge when hospitalized.

Where in China, I have witnessed so many cases that poor farmers just can not afford the expensive medical care fee and wait to die.

Just in case.......

Yesterday, I felt bored comparing; however, I may have the interests comparing some facts today or tomorrow.
