Thanks for help posting the black book price. And don't forget this is dealer's price. On top of what listed above, my car has 14 yrs warranty for engine. This means for the next four and half yrs the owner doesn't need to be worried about the engine at all. And I am also selling four additional snow tires and other tools that maybe needed for regular maintenance of the car.

My car is well maintained interiorlly and exterially, and mechanically sound. The paint or body dont need any repair. I use all season tires in the summer, snow tires in the winter, so tires are maintained well too, no need to replace. It should certainly fall into the UPPER RANGE for Average classification(see below), and considerring this is the dealer price and the additional warranty and stuff I am selling together with this car. I think the price I asked for does make sound sense. (I LOVE DRIVING MY CAR, ESP IN THE SUMMER!!!)

To further clarify: Black book has the following classifications.

Clean

The vehicle is mechanically sound. There is very little interior and exterior wear. Matching tires have ample tread wear remaining. The vehicle will pass any emission compliance test. Some reconditioning, including minor rust problems, may be required on older model year vehicles.

Average

Visibly normal interior and exterior wear. The paint or body may need some repair. Tires may require replacing. The vehicle should pass any emission compliance test. Still a good vehicle with substantial service remaining.

Below Average

The vehicle has a below-average interior or exterior condition and /or excessive mileage. Major repairs may be required. Limited serviceable life remaining.
