ENG 1131 的 informal Report 有新的信息，share 一下

就是周一要交的那个。讲要求那两回没去，所以落实到具体写作上有几个问题拿不准，知道的同学说一下好吗？不胜感激！


1.有没有extra或特殊的要求呢？比如像上回proposal,让写自己specific 的 话题。他上课念的那四个要求去了的人能post一下吗？

2.是用Direct order, 还是 Indirect?还有purpose是 Informational Report,还是Analytical Report?

教授说表格没必要，就按照书上那个example写就可以了，数据那些完全可以自己编，至于多少页我不清楚

I belive I said the direct order. Also, it's an analytical report as your examining a potential problem and making recommendations to rectify the problem.

4 tips for informal report:

1. Is it properly focussed?

2. Is the report complete?

3. Do the conclusions and recommendations fit logically with the findings?

4. Are there any inconsistencies, contradictions, or ambiguities in what you have said?

所以有人应该听错了，希望写的人能够检查一下。仅供参考

Indirect Order:
Purpose------>Discussion of Findings------->Key Points
