非常感谢各位。我是两年多前买的房子。当时除了律师的账单外，我并没有收到包括survey之类的文件。我还问了律师，她说现在房契都是电脑注册的，所以她只给了一个注册的号。现在我想知道，除了survey，我的律师还应该给我什么文件？提前谢了。

我买房子的时候，我的律师没给我Survey。这是怎么回事？怎么去查呢？我问了律师，她得去找，可是两天过去了，还没有信。

不会吧， 你的lawyer一定要给你一个正式的地契， 那里面也应该包括Survey， 赶快去找你的lawyer吧。。还好你在这里问起渐渐做fence的事。。别到时别人来受你房子还不知怎么回事。。虽然我说的严重点， 但也应该赶快去找你的lawyer

Land Transfer is done electronic now; lawyer will give you a land transfer number, and perhaps a printed copy of your deed (but no signatures).

It’s important to acquire the land survey during your purchase. It should be included in your purchase contract. The Survey is provided by the seller, if they didn't provide that info your lawyer won't have it.

There is a legal description for your property in the deed; Check with your lawyer, I think you should be able to trace your land survey from that.
