这个。。。很难说。

这要看你的房型，设计，装修，小区规划和环境。你的底价是否合适。反正经记会给你个估价根据以上的因素。如果你坚持要高价，不管哪个经记都不可能帮你快速卖掉；如果你要价偏低，房子应该很快就会脱手，根本不需要用经记。别的呢你就要和经记面谈了。
