我和你在一个银行

但今天给我的是4.81%。 The banker 向我推荐拉浮动的4.81% 没有付，但是实际上我只用付3.5% for interested charge.还没太高懂。他说这个合算。哪个3.5%是浮动的。但5年内，无论利率如何变化，我没有都富宽4.81%。

我自己也弧度，糊涂！

不知道哪个项目更合算
