i went there before. I've very thick hair and had never cared about it before. That lady gave me a nice hair cut first (was around 8 cm below my shoulders before) then straightened it. It took them > 8 hours in total, and costs $120 (the best softener etc. and I really had A LOT of hair). I think the result's quite satisfactory.

i think a hair cut alone will cost around $30-$40, should be negotiable.
by the way, the lady is very nice-looking.
